Athletics: The goal of the Slade Sports programs are to build self-esteem in our student-athletes, imbue the ethos of teamwork and good sportsmanship, foster a spirit of cooperation outside the classroom, and teach our students to compete as Christian Athletes. Monsignor Slade students can participate in one of the following leagues or after-school fitness programs: soccer, field hockey, basketball, cheerleading, lacrosse, and local chapters of Girls on the Run or Heart & Sole. Arts & Music: Students are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of art programs at Monsignor Slade Catholic School. Opportunities include art, drama, and music. Monsignor Slade offers a robust instrumental band program for students in grades 3 - 8 which includes group and individual instruction. Many musical and theatrical opportunities are available for students, too, in the form of chorus and a number of theatrical shows. Before & After School Care Program: The Extended Care program is designed for children in full-day Pre-K4 through the 8th grade at Monsignor Slade Catholic School. Students can be dropped off at 7 a.m. and picked up at or before 5 p.m. The program begins on the first day of school and runs through the last day of school.
