Information Regarding COVID-19

As always, the health and safety of our students, families, and staff continues to be our priority. Therefore, pursuant to the directives of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, we are informing you of some schedule changes regarding school trips and events.

  • Spanish Field Trip - The field trip for middle school students scheduled for tomorrow, March 13, has been cancelled. The cafeteria is prepared to sell lunch for all middle school students on Friday, so they do not need to bring a bagged lunch to school. At this time, the bus company has approved a refund, but we are waiting to hear from the performance company. As soon as we have information about that, we will let you know when to expect your refund via your FACTS account.
  • Aladdin, Jr. performances for this weekend are postponed to a future date. Once a new date is set, we will communicate that to all of our families. Due to the postponement of the play, today’s after-school practice is cancelled. Students will need to be picked up at the regular dismissal time. Students will be bringing their costumes home today. Once the show is rescheduled, we will honor the tickets which have already been sold for the Friday night, Saturday matinee, and Saturday evening shows. If you purchased tickets but have a conflict with the rescheduled dates, we will work with you on an individual basis to refund you the ticket prices.
  • Skate Night is still scheduled for Friday, March 27, unless Wheels Skating Center in Odenton chooses to cancel the event.
  • Father/Daughter Dance is still scheduled for Saturday, March 28, unless further directives are received instructing us to cancel the event.
  • Grandparents’ Days
    • Grandparents’ Days for Edu-Care Pre-K2-Pre-K3 Scheduled on Wednesday, April 1, and Thursday, April 2, are cancelled.
    • Grandparents’ Days for grades Pre-K4-5, scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, Thursday, April 23, and Friday, April 24, are also cancelled.
  • Edu-Care Easter Bunny Visit and Egg Hunt scheduled for Friday, April 3, is cancelled.
We are grateful for your support in these matters. Please know that we will continue to
communicate as information becomes available.
