Extended Care
About
Monsignor Slade accepts children from Pre-K4 - 8th Grade for our Extended Care Program. We are licensed by the State of Maryland Department of Education, Child Care Administration. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the school year. The program starts on the first day of school and runs through the last day of school (approximately 9 Months). A health record as well as other forms must be submitted before a child can be enrolled.
Note: Our Slade Pre-K2 & Pre-K3 Class Hours are 7AM-5PM so Extended Care is not offered/needed for these ages.
Extended Care Hours
Extended Care is provided around the school day and on days when school is closed.
AM Hours: 7:00AM - 7:35AM
PM Hours: 3:00PM - 6:00PM
Early Dismissal Days: 12:15PM - 6:00PM
Full Days: 7:00AM - 6:00PM

Note: The below rates will remain the same for the 2025-2026 School Year.

- AM Care Only students & Drop-In students will be charged $45/day for Early Dismissals.
- AM Care Only, PM Care Only, & Drop-In students will be charged $60/day for Full Days.
- There are no refunds for emergency or weather-related closings, delays, or early dismissals.
